RCDI aims at providing support to women and youth through sustainable livelihoods & skills development. 

It is not just about their representation in all national systems but it is all about their active participation, capacity strengthening and creating more space for youth and women’s voices in matters of peace and development. Under this Programme, RCDI aims at providing support to women and youth through sustainable livelihoods & skills development in order to enhance and strengthen their capacities and able to gain access to economic and employment opportunities. This contributes to realizing changes in gender-power relations and finally enabling women to influence political and development processes at different levels.
