In South Sudan, the main drivers for conflict and fragility are rooted in societal fragmentations, poverty and weak national systems. RCDI aims at strengthening capacities of various structures within local communities so that communities are able to engage in peace dialogue, restore some basic elements of shared interests and re-build broken relationships. The organization works with various peace actors in promoting social cohesion, peace and reconciliations among local communities.
